Heptathlon

Choose from among the activities below and design your own heptathlon.
Price: 275 SEK per person.
The obstacle course is included as the final competition in all of the contests below.

Superstar

A relay race with two targets for archery, two basketball nets and two Frisbee golf targets.

Technical Tug-of-War

One-on-one, standing on a log, and the first one to fall loses. Best of three wins overall. Balance, technique and strong nerves are a must.

Throwing an axe

A difficult but enjoyable contest. Heavy axes are thrown at a target. Women throw from 6 meters, men from 8 meters.

Spinner

Spin ten times with your forehead against the end of a bat and then run as fast as you can to the goal—this one is really a riot!

Golf chip shots

In this contest you have to chip as many golf balls into the basket as you can. We guarantee that it is harder than it looks. Consider this activity a good chance to rest.

Wheelbarrow race

Everyone has their own wheelbarrow. One sits and one runs. The one who runs is blindfolded.

Log Duel

Two people stand on a log, each with a helmet. Each has a cushioned lance. The first one to land on their rear loses.

Team Tug of War

Two teams, raw power and pure will are needed to win this contest. This is quite difficult and demanding for the participants.

Arm pull

Pull with all your might, trying to get your opponent to step or fall out of the ring they are standing in. This is a sweaty one!

Giant skis

This is just what it sounds like! Gigantic skis where the participants go in groups of two on the same course. We will warn you ahead of time that you are going to laugh hard!

Obstacle course

Now your earned points are changed into seconds. The team going in with the most points gets a head start by a certain number of seconds, and then the other team does their best to catch up. There are a total of five stations in this final contest of your competition. It is guaranteed to be a sweaty and fun finale to your day. The obstacle course can be run by just about anyone, but we warn you that you might be sore afterwards!
